W. Patrick Ayers

Partner

Mr. Ayers is a partner with the firm’s Tampa office. His practice concentrates on creditors’ rights with primary emphasis on foreclosures, replevins, landlord-tenant law, collections, and bankruptcy.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Ayers is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.

Publications

Mr. Ayers authored “Judicial Lien Enforcement,” Chapter 10 of Creditors’ and Debtors’ Practice in Florida (1st & 2d ed.). He is currently revising this chapter for the Florida Bar (3d ed.). Mr. Ayers frequently speaks at seminars on landlord-tenant law and other creditors’ right issues.
