Ms. Cruz is a partner in the Miami office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP.  Ms. Cruz practices in the areas of product liability and automotive breach of warranty. She has handled numerous automotive cases involving issues including roll overs, crashworthiness, handling and stability, roof structures, active and passive restraint systems, window glazing, fire origin, door latch integrity and brake systems.
