Theresia E. Wolf-McKenzie

Ms. Wolf-McKenzie is counsel in the tax, estate planning and aviation practice groups of Arnstein & Lehr LLP. She represents individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service, the Illinois Department of Revenue, the Illinois Department of Employment Security and various state tax agencies. Ms. Wolf-McKenzie assists clients with respect to income tax and penalty controversies, innocent spouse claims, offers in compromise, installment agreements, audits, and liability settlement negotiations. Her areas of practice include estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney for property and health care, living wills, Medicare and Medicaid issues. Ms. Wolf-McKenzie also represents individuals and companies with respect to the purchase, sale and the deferred exchanges of aircraft.

Professional Activities and Achievements
Ms. Wolf-McKenzie is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois CPA Society (Women’s Executive Committee), the National Business Aviation Association, the Turnaround Management Association, the Chicago Estate Planning Council, the Chicago Council on Planned Giving, the Illinois Continuity of Care Association and the Professional Woman’s Club of Chicago (Past Secretary). At Arnstein & Lehr LLP, Ms. Wolf-McKenzie is a member of the Diversity Committee and Annual Women of Achievement Awards Subcommittee.
