Theodore J. Hodan is of counsel in the firm’s Milwaukee office.

Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr. Hodan is a member of the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers (Treasurer, 1973-1974).

Mr. Hodan is also a Phi Delta Phi, recipient of the Milwaukee Bar Association’s Lawyer of the Year, Defense Attorney, 1987; St. Thomas More Lawyer’s Society of Wisconsin, “Faithful Servant Award,” 1987. President, Marquette University Law Alumni Association, 1990-1991. Assistant District Attorney, 1967-1973 and First Assistant District Attorney, 1969-1973, Milwaukee County, Milwaukee County Court Commissioner, 1973-. He is a member of the Wisconsin Public Defender Board, 1978-1982,  Wisconsin Trust Account Foundation, Inc. Board, 1995-2002. (President, 2001-2002; Chair, Grants Committee, 2000-2001). Attorney-Chairman, Supreme Court Patients Compensation Panels, 1981-1984. Mr. hodan also served as Milwaukee County Condemnation Commissioner, 1985-.
