Steven M. Appelbaum is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office.
Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr. Appelbaum served as a summer associate in the firm’s Miami office prior to his graduation from law school. While attending law school, Mr. Appelbaum was an Articles and Comments Editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and served as a Vice President of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. During his law school career, Mr. Appelbaum clerked at the Miami-Dade County Inspector General’s office, interned for the Honorable Stephen T. Brown, Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Florida, and served as a certified legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida in its Asset Forfeiture Division.
Mr. Appelbaum was the winner of the 2007 John T. Gaubatz 1L Moot Court Competition and was awarded the Cali Excellence for the Future award in Law and Medicine.
