Steven L. Daniels is the coordinating partner in the West Palm Beach and Boca Raton offices of our firm. He has comprehensive experience in real estate law, loan workouts and restructurings, condominium/community association law, landlord/tenant matters, corporate and commercial transactions, and zoning. Mr. Daniels has represented several major institutions in South Florida, structuring complex real estate and commercial transactions and working with real estate developers, lenders and quasi-legislative state agencies in loan workout negotiation and documentation. He also represents contractors and owners in negotiating and drafting all types of construction contracts including those covering custom homes and large commercial projects. Mr. Daniels’ real estate practice includes the purchase, development and sale of horse farms, shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, and raw land, as well as large residential developments, which representation includes the handling of purchasing, leasing, financing and zoning matters. In addition, he has represented more than 100 condominium and homeowner associations in the South Florida area, including both unit owner controlled associations and developer controlled associations. His corporate practice includes closely-held corporations in the restaurant, retail, medical and service industries.

Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr. Daniels is a member of  the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and has been active in various committees of each association. He is also a title insurance agent for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc., Fidelity National Title Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. In addition, he was past president and has been on the board of directors of the Duke Club of the Palm Beaches since 1995.  He is an Anti-Defamation League national commissioner, Florida Regional chair and member of its International Affairs Committee and development director of the Florida Region.  He was also an executive board member and past president of the Jewish Community Center of the Greater Palm Beaches and is currently co-president of Temple Beth El, West Palm Beach.

Mr. Daniels has lectured on various topics for the Palm Beach County Bar Association, The University of Miami Condominium & Cluster Development Institutes, The Florida Bar and Association of Realtors.
