Partner

Robin S. Trupp is a partner in the Tampa and West Palm Beach offices of Arnstein & Lehr. He acts as coordinating partner for the Tampa office while maintaining a full-time litigation practice.

Mr. Trupp is no stranger to the courtroom and when it comes to “bet-the-company” litigation, his clients rely on his 30-plus years of experience in trying major cases. He is often the first choice for other attorneys seeking a driven litigator to resolve their clients’ disputes. Because of his keen eye for successful litigation strategies, Mr. Trupp approaches each case with a unique perspective, preparing it for trial from the beginning.

Representing companies throughout Florida and across the United States, Mr. Trupp’s diverse client list includes lenders and creditors involved in lender liability defense, manufacturers in products defects cases, and businesses in non-compete and antitrust disputes.

He has a strong litigation background with an emphasis on transactional facets of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, real estate law and employment law. He also has represented clients with needs related to aviation law, securities and antitrust issues, insurance and tort matters, and intellectual property issues.

Mr. Trupp has also developed niche experience in equine law. He frequently oversees the transfer and ownership of horses, as well as interests in horses, and matters impacting the industry.

Mr. Trupp is a native of Tampa and an active member of the community. He is a former member of the board of directors for the Pinellas County Horse Show Association, the Central Florida Hunter Jumper Association and the Plant High Rowing Association.

In 2011 Mr. Trupp was honored as a member of Florida Super Lawyers, a listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
