Robert T. Cichocki

Partner

Mr. Cichocki is a partner in the Business Practice group of Arnstein & Lehr and has practiced law since 1976. During that time, he has acquired substantial experience in virtually all aspects of the law pertaining to trade and professional associations, not-for-profit corporations, wealth preservation planning, general corporate matters, commercial transactions, all aspects of real estate development, zoning and construction and business. He has an established client base in the real estate industry which includes brokerage companies, multiple listing services and real estate associations. His practice also includes extensive experience before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Professional Activities and Achievements

In 1993, Mr. Cichocki was named Real Estate Educator of the Year by the Association of Illinois Real Estate Educators. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Union League Club of Chicago. Mr. Cichocki is the co-chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee.

Publications

Mr. Cichocki has lectured on legal issues pertaining to real estate, real estate brokerage, estate planning and trade associations. He has been a guest speaker at meetings of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Illinois Association of REALTORS®, and at major real estate conventions.
