Michelle G. Novick

Michelle G. Novick is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office focusing her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and corporate restructuring. She advises, protects and litigates cases across the country on behalf of banking, trade creditor and commercial clients. Her trial practice has concentrated extensively on defending trade creditors in preference litigation and representing trustees in fraudulent conveyance actions. In addition, she represents clients in general contract disputes in State Court and prosecutes and defends appeals in Federal Court.
Professional Activities and Achievements
Ms. Novick is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Chapter of The Risk Management Association, an organization focused on managing risk in the banking/credit industry. She is a frequent speaker for The Risk Management Association and The National Association of Credit Managers.
