Michael B. Denberg is a Partner in the firm’s Miami office. His practice focuses on real estate, structured financing, banking and condominium law.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Denberg serves as a partner and lead transactional counsel for Landmark Residential, which company served as the sponsor and manager of approximately 20,000 multi-family units in the states of Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Texas and North Carolina.

Mr. Denberg has lectured on the topic of condominiums being treated as securities. Mr. Denberg is a member of the Real Property and Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar and concentrates his practice in real estate, banking and transactional law, representing developers, financial institutions and investors. He is an authorized agent of Chicago Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company and Attorneys Title Insurance Fund.
