Marc S. Zaslavsky

Marc S. Zaslavsky is an associate in Arnstein & Lehr’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on business and corporate transactions. Mr. Zaslavsky has experience representing a diverse range of clients on transactional and contractual matters, including business formation, acquisition, disposition and corporate governance. In addition, Mr. Zaslavsky brings to his business law practice significant exposure to a variety of litigation matters, including those involving bankruptcy, breach of contract, guaranty collection matters, commercial lease and other real estate disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, shareholder disputes, and post-judgment proceedings.
Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr. Zaslavsky was a member of the Law Review in law school. He was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in “ Legal Drafting: Transactions” and was a recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Writing I and II. Mr. Zaslavsky was named to the Order of the Coif by the faculty at DePaul University College of Law. He is also a member of the Illinois Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
