Loren W. Fender

Partner

Mr. Fender is a partner in Arnstein & Lehr’s Miami office. He devotes his practice to civil litigation.  His experience includes a wide range of tort and commercial litigation matters, including personal injury, product liability, contract disputes, real estate, breach of warranty, premises liability, insurance, workers’ compensation, and landlord-tenant disputes.  Mr. Fender’s clients include domestic and international corporations, Fortune 500 companies, as well as small and mid-sized businesses, business owners, and individuals.  Mr. Fender has represented numerous product manufacturers and distributors against strict liability, negligence, and failure to warn claims.  In addition to serving as trial counsel, Mr. Fender also advises clients regarding compliance with state and federal laws and applicable industry rules and regulations.

Mr. Fender is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Dade County Bar Association.
