Lisa A. Baiocchi

Associate

Lisa A. Baiocchi is an associate in the Milwaukee office of Arnstein & Lehr. She is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Prior to joining Arnstein & Lehr, Ms. Baiocchi was an associate at Jackson Lewis.

Ms. Baiocchi has concentrated her practice on labor and employment litigation in both state and federal court, as well as representing her clients in matters before administrative agencies. In law school, Ms. Baiocchi served as president of the Labor and Employment Law Society. She was also the founder and president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund at Marquette.

In addition, Ms. Baiocchi has extensive experience in the Human Resources field as a consultant, benefit plan administrator, senior benefit analyst, retirement plan specialist and payroll specialist. She has handled issues relating to COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, retirement and welfare plan, and pension administration.

Ms. Baiocchi is a member of the American Bar Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Wisconsin State Bar.
