Kevin S. Grossfeld

Kevin S. Grossfeld is a partner in the Miami office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP. He is a member of the Commercial and Real Estate Finance Transactions Practice Group.

Mr. Grossfeld handles a wide variety of transactions, including, but not limited to, commercial and residential real estate sales and acquisitions, the representation of lenders and borrowers, complex loan workouts, commercial and residential leases, short-sale negotiations, developing complex real estate investment structures and drafting development and construction contracts, and private offerings including the drafting of private placement memorandums and subscription materials.

In addition, Mr. Grossfeld is well versed in business transactions such as the disposition of assets and the outright sale of business entities. Mr. Grossfeld has also represented business owners in connection with several contractual matters such as confidentiality and non-disclosure, work for hire, employment agreements and drafting manufacturing and distribution agreements. Mr. Grossfeld also has significant experience in forming business structures and entities and drafting corresponding documents such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements.

Mr. Grossfeld also has significant experience in analyzing business opportunities for clients from a both a business and legal standpoint and often serves as general counsel to his clients.
