Kenneth R. Dreyfuss

Kenneth R. Dreyfuss is a partner in the Miami office of Arnstein & Lehr.  He practices in the areas of transactions, real estate, condominium law and land sales registrations, and has substantial experience representing developers in the creation and operation of residential, commercial and mixed-use condominium and planned developments.  He has handled a wide variety of transactions involving commercial and multifamily residential properties, shopping centers, apartment buildings, office buildings, vacant land, cable television systems and businesses.  He also represents petitioners in property tax appeals, and has experience structuring legal arguments, drafting motions, legal memoranda in support of motions, settlement agreements and appellate briefs.  Mr. Dreyfuss speaks conversational Spanish.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Dreyfuss is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  He is a member of The Florida Bar and of its Real Property and Probate and Trust Section.  Mr. Dreyfuss has managed law firm and title company real estate closing departments, and is an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc.

Mr. Dreyfuss has also been a member of the New York Mercantile Exchange and served on its bylaws committee. He has received the Distinguished Service Award from the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.  Mr. Dreyfuss is certified by both Memphis in May International and the Kansas City Barbecue Society as a barbecue judge, and has judged state-championship barbecue cooking contests throughout the South.
