Judith L. Grubner is a Partner in the firm’s Chicago office. She concentrates her practice on intellectual property, business and litigation. She specializes in trademarks, copyrights and sweepstakes, contests and game promotions.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Ms. Grubner is a guest lecturer for Prof. Craig Jobson at Columbia College Chicago and a speaker for the Chicago and Milwaukee Bar Associations, the Midwest Society of Professional Consultants and the Society of Professional Journalists. She is also a board member for Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, and is responsible for fundraising activities and policy decisions.

Ms. Grubner also serves as President of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago Educational Foundation, is vice president and legal counsel for the Ensemble Espanol Spanish Dance Theater, and editor and legal counsel for Lark Sparrow Press in Evanston, IL. Ms. Grubner is also Chair Emeritus of the American Bar Association Law Practice Management Section Publications Board and is principal flute in the Chicago Bar Association Symphony Orchestra and Fair Use Woodwind Quartet.
