John A. Turner

Partner

John A. Turner is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP. His practice is focused on complex commercial and tort litigation, including corporate and partnership disputes, intellectual property, lender liability and toxic tort defense. Mr. Turner also represents clients in corporate transactional matters including trademark registration and the negotiation of licensing agreements, franchise agreements, and lease and terminal operating agreements.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Turner is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation and Intellectual Property Law sections) and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Palm Beach County Business Development Board.

Mr. Turner is also an AV rated attorney with Martindale Hubbell.
