Jerold I. Schneider is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group and is an AV-rated attorney. Mr. Schneider has been actively involved in over 180 intellectual property lawsuits and has obtained over 800 patents for his clients. His patent and trade secret litigation involved cases in the electronic, chemical, mechanical, software, business methods and biotech industries. The trademark suits covered a variety of products and marks, and the copyright suits covered virtually all aspects of copyright protection.

Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr. Schneider is a member of The Florida Bar and is Florida Board Certified in intellectual property law. He is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association and Michigan Bar Association.

Since 1995 Mr. Schneider has been a member of the Bureau of National Affairs, United States Patents Quarterly Advisory Board. Mr. Schneider is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property, (AIPPI) and a Life Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
