Jeffrey M. Feingold

Jeffrey M. Feingold is of counsel in the firm’s Chicago office.  Mr. Feingold specializes in both creditor’s rights and commercial litigation. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, banks, commercial and consumer agencies, financial institutions, and debt buyers as well as insurance carriers, utilities, hospitals, health care providers, and physician groups. Mr. Feingold’s experience includes representation of Bank of America, Capital One Bank, Citibank, Discover Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Wells Fargo Bank.  He has represented both privately funded and publicly traded debt buyers, including Asta Funding, LVNV Funding, and NCO Portfolio Management and hospital groups including Advocate Health Care, Resurrection Health Care and Evanston Northwestern Heathcare. Mr. Feingold brings executive level experience in both legal and accounts receivable  management  to his practice.
