Mr. Storrings is a partner in the Miami office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP and practices in the litigation and labor & employment areas. He has extensive experience handling various areas of labor and employment law, including defending claims arising out of Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act, and has represented and counseled clients concerning the handling of unemployment compensation appeals and the enforceability of non-compete agreements. In addition, he has broad experience handling commercial litigation matters and all types of of tort defense, including premises liability and products liability litigation. He has appeared in state and federal courts on a wide range of matters representing a broad spectrum of national clients, including major retailers, equipment manufacturers and other types of domestic and foreign manufacturers and distributors.
