Harley Storrings
Associate
Mr. Storrings is an associate in the Miami office of Arnstein & Lehr and practices in the litigation and labor & employment areas. He has extensive experience handling matters involving commercial litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and all types of tort defense, including premises liability and products liability litigation. He represents a wide range of clients from large Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized businesses. He has appeared in state and federal courts on a wide range of matters representing a broad spectrum of national clients, including major retailers, equipment manufacturers and other types of domestic and foreign manufacturers and distributors.
Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr. Storrings is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and the South Broward Bar Association. Mr. Storrings has also written on numerous topics, including products liability defense strategies, the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, spoliation of evidence, Florida’s employment retaliation laws, and premises liability defense strategies.
