Franklin L. Zemel

Mr. Zemel is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and focuses on appellate law, business law, civil rights litigation, securities, anti-trust, complex commercial tort/complex commercial litigation, and labor and employment law. Mr. Zemel has several significant reported cases.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Zemel is a member of The Florida Bar; the American Bar Association; the Broward County Bar Association; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the Florida Lawyers Action Group, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and serves as a member of The Florida Bar Professional Ethics Committee. He is also a member of the board of directors of United Jewish Community of Broward County, and the Florida Lawyers Action Group. Mr. Zemel serves on the board of directors of B’Nai B’rith Justice Unit. Additionally, Mr. Zemel is on the Senior Executive Orientation Committee for the Leadership Broward Foundation. In January of 2010 Mr. Zemel was named a Top Lawyer by the South Florida Legal Guide.
