Regulatory Specialist

Arnstein & Lehr LLP, one of the country’s oldest and most respected law firms, is seeking an FDA Regulatory Specialist for its West Palm Beach, Florida, office.  The candidate will provide regulatory advice, guidance and support to dietary supplement, food and beverage clients of the Firm with attorney supervision.  The incumbent will work with attorneys to review client product descriptions, marketing material, labels and claims to determine compliance with the regulations promulgated pursuant to DSHEA, FDCA, FTCA, and related statutes. In conjunction with counsel, the Regulatory Specialist will help develop policies and standard operating procedures for clients to assist in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Adverse Event Reporting.  Must have experience providing advice to supplement, food or drug companies regarding compliance with FDA and FTC regulations.  Bachelors degree required, B.S. in chemistry, biology, nutrition sciences, or similar fields of study is preferred.  Advanced study in nutrition or life sciences is ideal.  Salary DOE.  Arnstein & Lehr LLP is an equal opportunity employer.  Send resume to Joel Rothman at jrothman@arnstein.com.
