Brian R. Cummings
Associate
Brian R. Cummings is an Associate in Arnstein & Lehr’s Tampa office and is a member of the firm’s Creditor’s Rights and Commercial Litigation groups. His practice is focused on creditor’s rights, real estate litigation, and other commercial litigation. Mr. Cummings has experience litigating a wide variety of commercial matters and civil disputes, and he has also handled multiple appellate cases. Mr. Cummings graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, where he also served as Articles and Symposia Editor of the Stetson Law Review. Prior to joining the legal profession, Mr. Cummings enjoyed careers as a business manager and as a newspaper reporter, including as a staff reporter for the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.
Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr. Cummings was the Pro Bono Award recipient for the Community Law Program in 2007 and is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association. He is also a member of the Business Section of The Florida Bar.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Cummings was a news reporter for the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, City News Bureau of Chicago, and The Mississippi Press.
