Brian P. Welch
Associate
Brian P. Welch is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office. He is a member of the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group.
While attending law school, Brian was a member of The John Marshall Law Review and an Associate Justice on the John Marshall Moot Court Honors Board. Brian participated in several national moot court competitions on subjects including bankruptcy and entertainment law. In March of 2011, Brian participated in the Hon. Conrad B. Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition where he received an “Outstanding Brief” award. Brian was a property teacher’s assistant, reviewing course materials. He was also a Lawyering Skills III teacher’s assistant, assisting students with appellate briefs.
