Brett Duker

Brett Duker is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Arnstein & Lehr. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining Arnstein & Lehr, Mr. Duker was an associate at Sachs Sax Caplan, P.L. in Boca Raton, Florida.

Mr. Duker focuses his practice on complex commercial/business litigation in state and federal courts. He has significant experience in representing real estate developers, condominium and homeowners associations, commercial landlords, national public insurance adjusters and national and regional banking institutions in their commercial disputes.
