Beau L. Wagner

Associate

Beau L. Wagner is an Associate in Arnstein & Lehr’s Chicago office and is a member of the firm’s Condominium and Community Associations practice group.  Prior to joining Arnstein & Lehr, Mr. Wagner has been an active commercial litigation attorney in the Chicago area and has tried numerous cases in Cook, Will and Du Page Counties. Mr. Wagner has represented business entities and individuals in matters through all phases of litigation, including trying several matters to verdict. He has successfully tried and defended numerous residential and commercial real estate matters in the Chicago area.  Mr. Wagner has extensive experience in motion practice and his experience has included preparing and arguing successful summary judgment motions, as well as other motions to advance his client’s interests.  In addition, Mr. Wagner assisted on an appeal in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, filed under seal against a fortune 100 company.

Mr. Wagner is an aggressive, energetic and professional advocate on behalf of his clients.  It is Mr. Wagner’s goal in working with property managers to identify and set the clients’ goals with a legal strategy that meets the association’s objectives.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Wagner is a member of the Cook County Bar Association and Will County Bar Association.  Mr. Wagner graduated from law school with Honors and received the CALI award for Civil Procedure I and Constitutional Law II.  Throughout law school, Mr. Wagner served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kimball R. Smith III, of the Michigan Tax Tribunal.  During Mr. Wagner’s third year in law school, he researched and drafted a law review article that was nationally published.
