Anthony Kang
Associate
Anthony Kang is an associate in Arnstein & Lehr’s Miami office. His practice focuses on litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Kang has experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, construction litigation, commercial foreclosure, Chapter 11 reorganization cases for debtors’ and creditors’ rights in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Mr. Kang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written, and currently represents several Taiwanese and Chinese business entities and individuals in South Florida.
Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr. Kang joined Arnstein & Lehr after working as a summer associate. While in law school, he served as the senior editor for the Washington University Law Review and the secretary of media for the Student Bar Association. Mr. Kang was a participant in the Congressional Clinic program and worked as a clerk on the House Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C.
