Alan G. Kipnis

Mr. Kipnis is the managing partner of Arnstein & Lehr’s Fort Lauderdale office. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial, business, banking, construction, and complex litigation. Mr. Kipnis has extensive experience representing financial institutions, public and non public companies, and individuals in all aspects of commercial litigation.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Kipnis has extensive complex litigation experience in the areas of commercial, business, banking, construction and securities (FINRA Arbitrations). He has appeared in numerous state and federal courts, and has been involved, both regional and nationally, acting as lead counsel in significant bank related multi district litigation. Mr. Kipnis has focused his practice in representing  financial institutions, large and small companies and organizations, and individuals in these areas.

Mr. Kipnis was selected to The Best Lawyers in America, 2011, and has been awarded the professional rating of AV Preeminent, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.  Mr. Kipnis is also a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association, Southern District of Florida.
