Arnstein & Lehr Chicago attorneys George Apostolides, Miriam Stein and Barry Chatz are mentioned in a July 21 article of The Deal. The article, “Creditors to recover little under EAR’s confirmed plan”, refers to the Chapter 11 filing by Equipment Acquisition Resources, Inc (EAR). The three serve as counsel to EAR. Mr. Apostolides is also quoted in the article about the details of the filing.
