Chicago Partner James Chatz recently co-wrote a chapter in the latest edition of Norton Annual Survey of Bankruptcy Law. The chapter is entitled “Abstention: Recent Developments.” It is co-written by former associate Jonathan Knisley, Joy Levy, a partner at Ezra Brutzkus Grubner in California and John Hiltz, an associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP in Illinois.
