Chicago partners to speak on fair lending at Consumer Credit 2009

Chicago Partners John Ropiequet and Chris Naveja will speak on Current Fair Lending Developments under the ECOA and the FHA at Consumer Credit 2009 in Dallas, Texas on November 5. John will also speak at the conference on Debt Settlement Companies and Credit Repair Organizations on November 5 and on Public Nuisance Claims and Other Municipal Issues on November 6. The conference is hosted by the Conference on Consumer Finance Law, of which John is a member of the Governing Committee, and the Credit Law Institute.
