Fieldstone Shear & Denberg, LLP joins Arnstein & Lehr LLP

Attorneys in the Coral Gables law firm of Fieldstone Shear & Denberg, LLP joined Arnstein & Lehr LLP effective April 1.  Ronald R. Fieldstone (left), Michael B. Denberg (second from left) and David Shear (far right) joined the firm as partners, while Rebecca L. Abrams, Yael Doron, Kenneth R. Dreyfuss, and Luis Flores joined as associates.

Fieldstone Shear & Denberg specializes in complex commercial, corporate, real estate, condominium, domestic and international tax matters.  A majority of the firms’ lawyers and staff will be resident in Arnstein & Lehr’s Miami office and the firm will also retain a small office in Coral Gables.
