Robert E. McKenzie

Chicago Partner Robert E. McKenzie, the Chair of the firm’s Tax Practice Group, has been invited to speak before the U.S. Tax Court Judicial Conference on April 2 and 3.  The conference is sponsored by the judges of the court. The court invites government and private practice attorneys to present continuing education classes to the judges and there guests. The conference is held every other year and this year’s conference will be held in Galloway, NJ. Mr. Mckenzie will be presenting on collection due process rights, attorney fee awards and the burden of proof in tax cases.
