Fort Lauderdale Partner Franklin Zemel closed a multimillion-dollar transaction in which world-famous chef Michael Blum of Michael’s Kitchen will open a second restaurant–Michael’s Kitchen: The Cure for Boring Food–at the Newport Beachside Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The restaurant’s opening is scheduled for November 1.
